No, you do not need any experience to come whitewater rafting. We are able to take almost anyone on any of our trips and many clients are first time rafters. We will need clients to be able to follow instructions and be able to paddle. If you are feeling nervous, concerned, or even unsure about booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
Yes – for overnight trips, you need to bring your personal camping equipment. This includes a tent, sleeping pad, and sleeping bag. You will also need to bring a pair of shoes that you can wear on the raft/around the river. We will provide all whitewater gear (wetsuit, helmet, lifejacket, paddle, etc.), but you’re welcome to bring your own if it is appropriate for the trip.
Yes, you will need to sign a waiver. The waiver will be signed in person prior to beginning the trip.
Cancellations will be reviewed on an individual basis. Generally, trips will be fully refunded if they are cancelled more than 3 weeks away. Whitewater expeditions require significant planning and investment prior to the trip.
Yes, provided it works into the schedule. We want you to come rafting with us and will work with you to make it happen.
Rafting season in British Columbia is generally from mid-April to mid-September. Our rafting trips in Northern B.C. generally run from late-July to mid-September.
Yes, you will need to paddle – unless you don’t want to! Go to our Custom Trip booking page to tell us what sort of trip you want to book.
We will take full payment at the time of booking. We understand that some of our products are expensive – if you’re organizing a large group, please indicate what would work for you in the booking form. We will work together to figure out a solution.
